A. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The core functionality of the App operates entirely offline. The following data is processed and stored locally on your device:
- Calculation History: Amounts, GST rates, tax types, and calculation dates that you explicitly choose to save.
- User Settings: Your preferred default GST rates and tax types.
- Generated Invoices: Images generated for sharing are temporarily created on your device.
We do not transmit, sync, or store any of this personal calculation data on our servers. It remains securely on your device until you choose to delete it or uninstall the App.
B. Automatically Collected Information
To provide and improve our services, we may automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information, including:
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID).
- Usage Data: Anonymous statistics about how you interact with the App (e.g., feature usage frequency, crash reports).
2. Third-Party Services We Use
The App utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you to serve advertisements and monitor app performance.
Google AdMob
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the App. AdMob may use advertising IDs (such as the Android Advertising ID) and cookies to serve personalized or non-personalized ads based on your interests and usage.

- To Provide the Service: Ensuring the calculator, history, and settings function correctly on your device.

- To Improve the App: Analyzing crash reports and anonymous usage data to fix bugs and enhance performance.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
Calculations and invoices generated within the App are only shared externally if you explicitly choose to share them using your device’s native sharing capabilities (e.g., sharing an invoice image via WhatsApp or email). We have no access to or control over the data once you share it externally.
5. Security
We value your trust in providing us with your information. Since all core data (history and settings) is stored locally on your device, its security depends heavily on the physical security of your device. We recommend utilizing strong device passcodes and keeping your operating system up to date.
6. Children's Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
